Deposits, Guarantees & Cancellations |
|
A deposit of one night's accommodation will be processed from your credit card to secure your online reservation. This deposit is fully refundable providing cancellations are received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Deposit and cancellation requirements may vary for special events and holidays.
Special rates do not apply to group bookings of 10 or more rooms and are based on arrival date and length of stay. Should you decide to depart before the minimum length-of-stay requirement is fulfilled, rates will revert to the current prevailing rate.

Car Rentals |
|
Car rentals require the driver to be a minimum of 25 years of age. Additional surcharges apply: Hawaii state daily vehicle surcharge, airport concession fees, gas and optional insurance. Car pick up and drop off is located at Kona International Airport.

Car package specials include a compact rental car through Dollar Rent A Car and car reservations will be arranged when your online booking is made. Additional charge for a rental car will only be applied if requested and is not included in the original rate.

Taxes |
|
All rates are subject to Hawaii State Excise Tax of 4.16% and Accommodations Tax of 7.25%.

Check-in / Check-out Times |
|
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
A late check-out may be arranged from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., subject to availability. A late check-out fee of one-half of the published daily (rack) rate will be applied. Please inquire with the Front Desk one day prior to your scheduled departure date for availability.

|
No charge for children 18 years old and under occupying the same room with parents, unless additional bedding is requested.

$35 plus tax per additional person or rollaway per night
